Looters Attack

I think that stealing is morally wrong even if somebody has absolutely nothing, so the looters that completely trashed Troyano's store, should get in major trouble.According to Nydailynews.com, "Troyano said between the flooding and the plundering, his losses were too high to easily calculate." Which means since the looters stole so many things it damaged Troyano's store even more than Hurricane Sandy did.. He won't be about to reopen as soon as he could originally. If anybody could kick a man while he's down and in need of help, they don't deserve any sympathy. A lot of people lost their things, but I'm pretty sure they didn't go around stealing things. Also, according to Nydailynews.com, " The thieves started down Mermaid Avenue Tuesday morning as the chest-high water receded, turning the seaside community known for its hotdogs and tourist attractions into a lawless free-for-all." It would have been lot less painful and easier if people could have just waited until people fixed things up. I don't think it's right to go around destroying things and stealing things from people that have done absolutely no wrong. What if that store was the only business somebody had? It's just not right. People that go around looting and causing a riot, should get in huggggge trouble. The people that got caught doing it, should have to pay back what they stole. When disaster strikes, we should help each other and not destroy each other.
