C.C 2.1.

Everybody has the choice to wake up and start their day off amazingly or horribly. Srinivas Rao states in his article "How To Wake Up Every Morning On Top Of The World," that you should not be filled with stress as soon as you wake up. Am I right?

In this article Srinivas says, "I want you to give some consideration to changing up how you start your day. In addition to power questions I encourage you to start your day in a more peaceful, quiet way then you have in the past." Instead of waking up thinking "Gah, I have school. This sucks," you should be more positive and make the decision to think "Hey, I get to go see my favorite teacher today." The choice is up to you to decide if you're going to have a good outlook on your day.

Srinivas also states in his article, "I encourage you to just enjoy your coffee or breakfast for about 20 minutes. Turning on the TV is one of the most insidious things you can do. The news can have such a negative impact on you that you might not even realize it. The news is generally about everything that’s wrong in the world and this is the first thing you become exposed to in the morning." Instead of viewing all the evil in the world you could just listen to peaceful music. You have the power to choose if you want to sulk around all day from what you watched on the T.V. or you could think about how great your cup of coffee tasted this morning.

Everybody has the choice to wake up and hate the world OR you could wake up and feel amazing throughtout the day. I personally am tired of getting up and dreading going to school. I'm going to make a change in my life and start feeling like I'm on top of the world.
